Mr bungle is easily one of my favorite bands of all time

Saw them myself for the first time at download this year. I hadn't heard their newest album at the time as I didn't like their old/new more standard thrash style (although it was pretty solid thrash) and prefer their more experimental style. I would have killed to see the S/T - California era bungle but happy I ever got to see them and they put on a fantastic show. For me self titled is slightly above california in S tier. I enjoy Disco volante but it doesn't hit as hard for me. Can definitely tell Avenged were influenced by them in their new album but they didn't have any of the talent to pull it off

Loved the video. The David Lynch hypothetical is kind of funny, because Lynch actually did release 3 studio albums containing his own brand of weird. Kind of like a trip hip tom waits sort of vibe. Anyway, I'd say my ranking is 1 to 1 with yours, although ive probably listened to California the most.

I know people look down on the idea of anyone but you making the battle jacket (at least people I've met) as like some rule you can't have your mum or gf do it/help you. My response to that is, I'm older now and don't live with my mum and I enjoy spending time together and it gives us something to do as a hobby together and it was nice seeing you do the same with yours.
